With the following privacy statement, vet-webinar OG, Argentinierstrasse 43, 1040 Vienna, registered in the Commercial Register of the Commercial Court of Vienna under FN 386715z (from hereinafter “VET-WEBINAR“ or “we“), e-Mail: email@example.com, www.vet-webinar.com, informs you of the method, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data on the website www.vet-webinar.com. VET-WEBINAR naturally observes the legal data protection requirements in the operation of its services, in particular the Data Protection Act (Datenschutzgesetz, DSG) and the data protection provisions of the Telecommunications Act (Telekommunikationsgesetz, TSG). We enter, process, and use only such personal data, which is necessary for us for the provision of our offered services or to which you have consented to the collection, processing, and use of. The data transferred by you is protected by technical and organisational security measures from accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons
1. Data Collection
When you visit www.vet-webinar.com, we do not collect and save any personal date in the course of your use. You can thus generally visit www.vet-webinar.com anonymously. We only find out the name of your internet service provider, the data transferred by your browser and the websites which you visit with us. For this we use the Google Analytics program (see below under Point 9). The previously mentioned information is, however, only analysed for statistical purposes. We only collect and save personal data if you register for the participation in the web seminars (“webinars”) or if you want to use the further services offered by VET-WEBINAR.
2. Log Files
When using www.vet-webinar.com, so-called log files are registered on our servers. Thereby certain data is gathered, which comes up during the use (so-called usage data). These log files do not deliver any personal data from our users, but rather only statistical data on the use of www.vet-webinar.com. The log files are used for the analysis and improvement of the security of www.vet-webinar.com as well as for the determination, analysis and defence against attacks. They are, however, not matched with personal data of the users of VET-WEBINAR. The following data is recorded in the log files:
Date and time of your visit
Browser type/ -version (E.g..: Internet Explorer)
Operating system used (E.g..: Windows 7)
Referrer URL (the previously visited page)

3. Personal Data
Conversely, personal data are such data which contain information on personal and factual circumstances of a certain person or an identifiable person. In point 4 of this privacy statement, it is determined which personal data can be collected within the framework of a registration on www.vet-webinar.com. If, in the course of registration, entrusted personal data is collected, saved, processed and used taking into consideration these data protection provisions, this is only done insofar as the DSG or another legal provision allows this, orders it, or you have consented to it. This consent is recorded by VET-WEBINAR.
4. Registration and Payment
If you register to participate in a Webinar, we collect the following personal data from you:
Your surname and name,
your e-mail address,
your telephone number
your billing address (street, house number, city, country),
the password you have chosen (encrypted storage)
the webinar/service of vet-webinar.com that you have chosen
5. Further Data Use
VET-WEBINAR does not share personal data with third parties, unless the customer has previously consented thereto, or the DSG or another legal provision allows or orders the data transfer. We generally do not transfer inventory data, usage data, and content data to third parties. Exceptions apply if and insofar as necessary for the enforcement of our claims, if we are legally obligated to do so, or have been obligated to do so by a court and in case of requests from official authorities, when and insofar this is necessary for the defence of public safety and public order as well as the prosecution of criminal offences.
6. Links to other Websites
VET-WEBINAR links to other websites of providers not affiliated with us (third parties). If you click on these links, we no longer have any influence on which data is collected and used by these providers. Further information regarding the data collection and use can be found in the privacy statement of the respective provider. As the data collection and processing by third parties is naturally out of our control, we do not assume any responsibility for this.
7. User Support and Contact
If you contact our User support via e-Mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, we save and use your e-mail address in order to provide your requested support services. If you contact us via the form provided by us on www.vet-webinar.com, we save your e-mail address along with your name and surname, your telephone number as well as the content of your request. By entering your information, you consent to the collection, processing or use of the data you have entered for the purpose of making contact respectively the purpose named by you. A collection, processing and use for another purpose will not be carried out.

10. Information, Withdrawal, Deletion and Rectification of Data
We shall, upon request, at any time provide you with information in written form on which personal data about you is saved with VET-WEBINAR. The request for information must be made in written form and include a copy of an official identity document with photograph addressed to vet-webinar OG, Argentinierstrasse 43, 1040 Vienna, Austria. Further, you may at any time withdraw your consent for the collection, processing and use of personal data, or request the rectification of data about you saved with VET-WEBINAR. You also have the right at any time to withdraw your consent for the collection, processing and use of further voluntary data by www.vet-webinar.com. In this regard, an e-mail sent to email@example.com is sufficient. Excluded from deletion are solely data which we require for the carrying out incomplete tasks or in order to enforce our rights and claims, as well as data which we must store according to statutory provisions. In case of withdrawal of the storage and processing of personal data, you may not use any of the benefits and services on www.vet-webinar.com without newly registering yourself.

The user of www.vet-webinar.com is further aware that complete data protection on the internet cannot be fully ensured taking into account the current stage of technology.
12. Social Networks
VET-WEBINAR applies a program (plug-in) of the social network “Facebook” (“Like” button). This is exclusively operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (Facebook). When visiting www.vet-webinar.com, which includes such a Plug-in, your browser creates a direct link to the Facebook servers, whereby the content of the plug-in is transferred to your browser and embedded in the displayed website. Thus the information that you have visited www.vet-webinar.com is forwarded to Facebook. Provided you are logged in via your personal user account on Facebook when visiting our website, Facebook can associate the website visit to that account. By interacting with plug-ins, e.g. by clicking on the “like” button or leaving a comment, this information is directly transferred to Facebook and saved there. If you would like to prevent this data transfer, you must log out of your Facebook account before visiting www.vet-webinar.com.
