Description

Time management – it’s what life's all about! Work, play, sleep! How do you efficiently and effectively pack as much as possible into the time available...and stay sane? Can you identify those times when you reach your personal stress level? Do you need to work smarter? Do your colleagues waste time? How long does it actually take to do a specific task? What happens when something goes wrong and the plan flies out of the window? Jane will present the answers to these questions (and the theory behind them), explore some methodologies to address time management problems and share some great tips to let out a little pressure from life’s autoclave! In this session you will assess your current approach to time and learn how to formulate a plan to give your working life (and that of your team) more discipline and give you a sense of achievement - with more time for the things you’d rather be doing!
