Clear Conversations in Veterinary Teams

Clear Conversations in Veterinary Teams
Clear Conversations in Veterinary Teams

In this workshop Cat Walker teaches practical tools to navigate difficult conversations, reduce conflict, and preserve working relationships in busy clinics. Drawing on evidence-based frameworks (DEAR MAN, BIFF, and STOP) and her clinical communication expertise, Cat shows participants how to regulate strong emotions, identify their default communication styles, and make clear, respectful requests. Cat combines her background as a veterinary mediator and conflict coach with front‑line clinical insight as a registered veterinary nurse and ex clinic owner to provide pragmatic, applicable strategies. Ideal for vets, nurses, and practice managers who want to improve teamwork, reduce burnout, and protect patient care.

Recording from 23 July 2026
