Cardiac murmur: shall I bother or not?
Cardiac murmur: shall I bother or not?

After a brief reminder on cardiac function, we will focus on murmur characteristics that will enable the practitioner to differentiate these two types of murmurs upon auscultation and orientate the owner towards further investigations when needed.
