Preparing to welcome the IDEXX inVue Dx™ Cellular Analyser into your practice? This pre-install session is designed for the whole team — vets and nurses alike — to help you hit the ground running from day one.

We start with ear cytology, walking through the simple three-step sample workflow and exploring the image gallery of bacteria, yeast and white blood cells. You'll see how semi-quantitative reporting helps you spot clinically relevant changes and tell normal commensal flora apart from true dysbiosis or infection.

From there we move into blood morphology and haematology. Discover how slide technique influences interpretation, learn to recognise spherocytes versus normal red blood cells, and practise reading a real inVue Dx result — including how the analyser refines the white blood cell differential alongside your ProCyte Dx.

Throughout, real case examples and diagnostic considerations help you leave feeling confident reading results and explaining them to colleagues and pet owners.

Finally, we share practical recommendations for success to get your clinic ready for install day: which samples to have on hand, how to make the most of your first 24 hours, deciding who runs samples and when, setting up invoice codes, and showing results to clients via VetConnect PLUS.
