Triage and treatment of mental, emotional and pain presentations in the feline emergency patient
Triage and treatment of mental, emotional and pain presentations in the feline emergency patient

In this webinar, we will unravel how to assess the feline emergency patient's mental and emotional state and pain score when presented to the emergency clinic and how, if appropriate, treating this quickly can positively impact clinical outcome.
Delegates will walk away with a better understanding of feline body language and pain scoring systems, how to handle stressed or painful cats in a gentle, cat-friendly way and what treatment strategies can be implemented safely in the emergency patient to positively affect clinical outcome.

The Australian Veterinary Nurse and Technician (AVNAT) Regulatory Council has allocated (1) AVNAT CPD point to this continuing education activity.
