Mandy has held the position of Principal Scientist with RSPCA Queensland for 5 years. She has a keen interest in animal welfare, policy development, exhibited animals, shelter animal management, wildlife, pest management and many other areas within the RSPCA. She represents the RSPCA Qld on many government committees including in the area of biosecurity, exhibited animals, kangaroo management, injured koala care, Fraser Island dingoes, to name a few. Mandy is also involved in research in collaboration with The University of Queensland and regularly teaches courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students. Mandy serves on the board of ANZCCART and as the chair of the Centre for Animal Welfare and Ethics Advisory Committee, UQ. Mandy worked as a clinical veterinarian for over 20 years and her PhD research was into the parent verification of dogs through blood groups and protein polymorphism.

I have graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest (Romania) in 2003. After spending several years in private practice in Bucharest and obtaining my master degree, I have worked towards my PhD diploma in the same university. I continued as a lecturer in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest until 2015 when I moved to the United Kingdom. Besides anaesthesia, I participated in the development of the ICU unit and in the teaching of the new graduates. I went on to complete a three-year residency in Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia at the Animal Health Trust, Newmarket and worked as a clinician in anaesthesia at the same hospital for another 2 years. In June 2020 I joined the team at Southfields Veterinary Referrals.
I enjoy all aspects of anaesthesia, but I have a particular interest for the critically ill patients, sepsis and opioid free anaesthesia.
Out of work I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and traveling.

M. Schnyder schloss das Studium der Veterinärmedizin 1999 an der Universität Zürich ab. Im Jahr 2000 promovierte sie an der Veterinärmedizinischen Fakultät in Bern. Von 2001-2003 arbeitete M. Schnyder als Assistentin in unterschiedlichen Tierarztpraxen (Nutz- und Kleintiere) in der Schweiz und in Frankreich. Daraufhin startete sie als Assistentin am Institut für Parasitologie in Zürich, erhielt das Board Zertifikat (dipl. EVPC) 2011 und den Facharzttitel 2012. Sie habilitierte im Jahr 2013, wurde ab 2014 wissenschaftliche Abteilungsleiterin und ist seit Ende 2017 Titularprofessorin.
Ihre wissenschaftlichen Interessen dehnen sich breit über die gesamte Veterinärparasitologie. Sie hat zahlreiche Publikationen über relevante Parasitosen sowohl von Heim- als auch von Nutztieren verfasst und hat an Kongressen im In- und Ausland vorgetragen. Besonderes Interesse gilt den klinischen, labor-diagnostischen, pathogenetischen und epidemiologischen Aspekte von Lungenwürmern bei Hunden und Katzen.

Margie graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1982. In 1986 she opened Cats Only Veterinary Clinic in Vancouver, practicing there until 2008. She published several clinical trials whilst in practice. She has written numerous book chapters and is an active international speaker as well as enjoying teaching on-line. She is Co-editor of the Journal of Feline Medicine and Surgery. Margie has served extensively in the American Association of Feline Practitioners as well other veterinary organizations. Her interests include all things feline, in particular, analgesia, the feline digestive system, renal disease and enabling more positive interactions with cats.

Dr. Maria Munz has been a lecturer on the subject Veterinary Anatomy since the year 2000. She worked at ICBAS, Porto, teaching mostly Clinical Anatomy but also Systematic Anatomies. Maria then moved to Sydney, finished her PhD and worked at USYD. Later, she also worked at UPENN, USA. Meanwhile, she lives in Germany. She works as a surgeon in a small animal clinic and presents webinars on Clinical Anatomy.
In fact, Maria does not merely focus on the anatomy itself during the webinars. She usually addresses the clinical importance of certain anatomical aspects. For example: how to avoid iatrogenic lesions during surgical or medical approaches, how to interpret diagnostic imaging, how to recognize specific diseases/lesions, to understand neurological tests, etc

Marianne Depecker is an equine internal medicine specialist (Dipl ECEIM) vet. She has been working since 2016 in a private practice in the South West of France, near Bordeaux. They handle a wide variety of internal medicine cases, primarily as second opinion but also as first opinion, within a diverse population of horses, ponies and donkeys from all disciplines.
Her areas of expertise include respiratory medicine, neurology, endocrinology, neonatalogy and gastroenterology.
She regularly hosts webinars as part of continuing education for equine and mixed practice veterinarians, and is a member of the internal medicine committee of the French Association of Equine Practioners (AVEF).

Dr. Marie-Theres Hoyer-Kammerhofer arbeitete nach ihrem Veterinärmedizinstudium in Wien zuerst als Tierärztin an der Uniklinik für Interne Medizin in Wien und dann in privaten Kleintierkliniken, bevor sie 2015 mit ihrer Kollegin Dr. Karin Kamm die KATZENPRAXIS, Österreichs erste Praxis ausschließlich für Katzen, in Wien gründete.
Nach einer postgradualen Ausbildung für medizinisches Ayurveda an der europäischen Akademie für Ayurveda in Deutschland konzentrierte sie sich auf internationale Aus - & Fortbildungen im Bereich der Katzenmedizin. Sie absolvierte Externships in den USA (The Cat Care Clinic, California) und Australien (The Valentine Charlton Cat Centre, University of Sydney),
2014 bestand sie die ISFM/MANZCVS Membership exams in Feline Medicine,
2020 wurde sie als Diplomate Feline Practice des American Board of Veterinary Practitioners anerkannt.
Marie liebt Katzen und vertieft laufend ihr Wissen und ihre Fähigkeiten im Bereich der Katzenmedizin.

Nach dem Studium der Veterinärmedizin an der Vetsuisse Fakultät in Zürich habe ich schnell meine Liebe zur Augenheilkunde entdeckt. Es folgten ein Internship in der Pferde- sowie in der Kleintierklinik und danach eine 4 jährige Fachausbildung zur europäisch anerkannten Fachtierärztin für Augenheilkunde (Diplomate ECVO). 10 Jahre arbeitete ich danach in größeren Kleintierkliniken in der Schweiz und in Österreich und habe nun im Sommer 2021 den Schritt zu eigenen Ordination zusammen mit einer guten Kollegin gewagt (www.tieraugen.at).
Meine Freizeit verbringe ich meist draußen mit meiner Familie und meinem Hund Rémy.

Graduated from the University of Évora in 2015, worked in several clinics and hospitals from North to South of Portugal, before moving to the United Kingdom, where she worked as a first opinion emergency doctor near London. In 2018 she began her specialty training with a rotating internship at the University of Edinburgh, and in 2019 Marisa emigrated to the USA, where she completed an Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) specialty internship at the University of Georgia, followed by a 3-year residency in the same field at Tufts University in Massachusetts. In 2023 she returned to England to be part of the founding team of the ECC service at a new referral hospital, and in 2024 she became a diplomate of the American College of Emergency and Critical Care. She is currently one of the consultants in the Critical Care department at The Ralph referral hospital.
Her main areas of interest are respiratory diseases (with a special focus on mechanical ventilation), as well as the management of trauma and post-operative patients in the ICU.
She is passionate about contributing to educational opportunities for both veterinary students and professionals, inspiring teams to thrive in the practice of small animal emergency medicine and critical care.
