When faced with a large bite wound or wound that is refusing to heal, the future can feel scary. Wound management is all about hanging in there and finding patience with your patients! We will be discussing the stages of wound healing with tips and tricks in identifying types of wound beds, appropriate culture collection techniques, and types of dressings; including when and how to use them.

I am a Salt Lake City, Utah native and proud pet parent to my heeler mix, Lana. Some of my hobbies include hiking with Lana, climbing, skiing, canyoneering, and running.
