Supporting cats with chronic or life-limiting illness means balancing comfort, treatment burden and the activities that make life enjoyable. In this webinar, Kelly Eyre explores feline palliative care and quality-of-life assessment, including available tools, their limitations and how they can inform individual care plans.
The session also examines compassionate communication, caregiver burden and grief, alongside practical ways to support owners through difficult decisions and euthanasia. Suitable for veterinary nurses and veterinary surgeons, this webinar offers approaches to protecting feline welfare while supporting the bond between cats and their caregivers.
