Personal Boundaries in the Consult Room

Personal Boundaries in the Consult Room
Personal Boundaries in the Consult Room

Every consultation we have with a client is a microcosm of our interaction with the world.

We encounter people of all walks of life in the exam room, united by only one thing - they all own or have responsibility for an animal.

Some consultations can be challenging. As anyone who has worked in frontline hospitality can tell you, sometimes people can be jerks! Despite this, as veterinary professionals, we must find a way to help animals, communicate clearly with the owner and preserve our sanity.

This webinar will discuss how you can maintain personal boundaries in consultations and engage with difficult clients without compromising your values.
